Reminders:

GARAGE DOORS MUST BE KEPT COMPLETELY CLOSED WHEN NOT IN USE; pipes freezing and critters are a continuing issue.  

GARBAGE CANS SHOULD ONLY BE PUT OUT ON TUESDAYS EVENINGS (other than holidays).  Please put ALL recycle bins inside the garages; even if you don't intend to recycle, that bin belongs to the unit and MUST BE STORED INSIDE.

HOLIDAY DECOR should come down before the end of January.
