Pool Reminders: THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE POOL AREA.  No glass containers or balloons and such that can cause filter damage or injury. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area; no minors in the hot tub without an adult. Large parties are not allowed; be respectful with limited guests so all owners can enjoy the pool; an owner MUST be with their guests at all times. Everyone must use a key fob; do not let people in the pool area with no key as trespassers did much damage last year. If you do not have a key fob, contact your landlord, lost keys can be paid for at McShane management. You will need your key fob to use bathroom facilities. Report fence jumping or parties immediately so we can identify these people.   The pool is open from 9am to 10pm daily; please adhere to all pool rules to avoid loss of privileges or fines.

The pool will stay open for a few extra weeks so residents can enjoy, through Sept 24th!!  We will all miss summer!!
