Pool season is fast approaching! To ensure that our swimming pool and hot tub are available for the exclusive enjoyment of East Bay Village residents and invited guests, the board is planning to install a secured access system and distribute keys to Co-owners. All swimmers will enter and leave through the gate at the end of the boardwalk, near the volleyball court.

Keys will be distributed after the system is installed this spring. More information will be given out after the plans are finalized and before pool season begins. Please note that only Co-owners who are current (less than 30 days late) on their monthly Association dues will be eligible to receive a key.

Because each Co-owner shares in the cost of maintaining the pool area, the board is working to keep it in excellent condition. Security cameras also are planned to deter trespassing and vandalism, which have been recurring problems for the past several years.

The board welcomes feedback as we determine the best solution in order to minimize inconvenience for legitimate users while providing an improved level of security and privacy.

The pool will be open daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
