NOTE: We did not get approved for our fence prior to the fireworks.  WE WILL HAVE SECURITY to protect our new dock and waterfront; they will arrive at 8pm and will give wristbands to people to use the dock.  Please plan accordingly with guests, we will limit the number of people ON THE DOCK and you will need to show ID that you live in the community; plan accordingly to provide a lease or proof of residency; NO EXCEPTIONS.  Any parties larger than four should plan to use the grass area as we will have to limit the dock usage to smaller parties and a max capacity. We encourage you to set up chairs on the front lawn to keep out trespassers.  We really want OUR WATERFRONT to be used by East Bay Residents!!

 

Please remember: the overflow parking up front is for CO-OWNERS ONLY.  Please ask your guests to park behind your garage and utilize garages if able; there is some parking where the new builds are going if you want to utilize the area on this afternoon.
