We expect the small fountain between buildings 3 through 6 to be repaired and working again by the end of August. Unfortunately, the base of the fountain fell apart when it was being turned on for the year, and estimates for the repairs came in significantly higher than the board was expecting. In an effort to spend everyone's Association dues as efficiently as possible, we explored alternative methods of repairs and have now approved the work to begin soon. We apologize that the fountain has been out of commission for much of the warm weather and appreciate everyone's patience.
