East Bay Village is located on the shore of Walled Lake in Michigan's Oakland County, one of the most affluent counties in the United States. Our community includes 210 townhouse-style condominiums, many with views of the 670-acre lake or natural wetlands. We are located within walking distance of Walled Lake's public beach and historic downtown, 5 minutes from Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, and a short drive from Detroit Metro Airport, Royal Oak, and Ann Arbor.
