Featuring a large great room, full kitchen, meeting room, and poolside patio, the East Bay Village clubhouse offers a stylish atmosphere for family gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers or even intimate wedding receptions.

 

The clubhouse is available for residents to rent for personal, non-commercial use. To keep insurance costs down for our community, no alcohol is allowed. The pool, when open during the summer, cannot be reserved for private functions.

 

To help cover the cost of maintaining the clubhouse, a $150 rental fee is required, including a $50 nonrefundable deposit due at the time of reservation. A $300 security deposit is due at least five days prior to the event but will be returned in full, less any damage costs or fines, after an inspection report is completed.

 

Renters are responsible for cleanup after their event or can elect professional cleaning for $125, which is the cost we are charged for this service.

There is currently not a TV in the clubhouse, but the board is considering purchasing and installing one. We are interested in finding out whether a TV and cable service would increase interest in renting the clubhouse.
