As a reminder, all work trucks and vehicles used for business purposes or owned by tenants and co-owners that remain at the residence need to be in driveways or garages.  Work vehicles should not be parked anywhere on premise other than driveways.

NO TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON SITE for ANY length of time.  These vehicles will be stickered and/or towed.  All vehicles on premise MUST be in good standing with registrations and must be working vehicles.  Vehicles may not be wrapped for long term storage and left on premise; these vehicles must be stored inside garages. Non-working and unregistered vehicles will be stickered and towed.
