All exterior modifications must be submitted to McShane before making amendments; security cameras, ring doorbells, lighting and decorative items should not be added to exterior without approval, particularly through wood or brick.  Any items added without approval can be asked to be removed immediately.  We have allowed limited planter hangers/hooks on porches, and an American flag may be hung on the exterior. NO other signs, stickers and such shall be applied to main doors or storm doors, and no signage may be visible from windows other than a discrete security sticker.
