We will be addressing roofing needs over the next 26 months; we will update with any details as this large project commences; we commissioned to do an independent review of the scope of work and are working on bids.  Per the insurance carrier all building must be completed by 2028.  Unfortunately, we have looked at financing to help alleviate expenses and spread payments over a reasonable pay time; however, due things such as litigation, and excessive rentals, we will likely need to pay the expense of roofing without financing.  We will determine the assessment necessary to meet all of our roofing needs and work out a payment plan; however, these expenses will be higher than anticipated without lending.  Expect that assessment collections will be assessed in the next 2 months.
