We will be addressing roofing needs over the next 12 months; we will update with any details as this large project commences; currently we have a third-party architect commissioned to do an independent review of the scope of work.  Then we will get bids on estimated costs.  Finally, we are looking into financing to help alleviate expenses and spread payments over a reasonable pay time so as not to cause long term budget offsets.  Finally, we will determine an assessment necessary to meet all of our roofing needs.
