Key Fob Replacements are available for all co-owners and their tenants with an active lease on file and in good standing with dues and fees owed.  The cost of the replacement fob is $50 and must be paid to receive a replacement.  Residents who need a replacement pool key fob may do so for a fee of $50. Payment must be made by check and can be mailed or dropped off at the AAM Southgate office located at One Heritage Place, Suite 120, Southgate, MI 48195. Please note that replacement fobs are distributed twice per month, so there may be a short processing time between payment and issuance. If you prefer to pick up your fob directly from the Southgate office, arrangements can be made in advance by contacting management. Residents who have never received a pool key fob should also contact the management office to arrange for issuance and distribution.
